Church Schedule Changes

Dear Faith Family-

In response to concerns surrounding COVID-19, we are making the following changes to our church schedule. We believe these measures will help ensure public health and safeguard the well-being of those in our Faith Family, while also maintaining a sense of community and fellowship among us.

  1. Faith Family Night will resume in September.

  2. LifeGroup meetings would typically be on their summer break at this point. At the discretion of our LifeGroup Leaders, we would encourage groups to stay connected throughout the summer for study and fellowship.

  3. Sunday morning worship will continue to be held at our usual time and location, but will be coupled with a streaming version of the service on Facebook Live. This will allow those who do not feel comfortable in a group setting to remain at home and still participate in our corporate gathering.

During the message, we will be holding a class for children age 3 - 2nd grade along with a Nursery, which is staffed and available for children from infancy to age 2. As always, you are welcome to take advantage of these resources or keep your children upstairs throughout the entire service.

For those who plan to attend, we ask that you take the following "common-sense" precautions for the safety of all those in our congregation.

  • If you or someone in your immediate family is sick, please stay home.

  • Cover all coughs and sneezes with the inside of your elbow.

  • Refrain from shaking hands with others.

  • Respect fellow congregants' need for personal space.

In a congregation of our size, we know that opinions as to the severity of this threat and what actions the church should be taking will differ greatly. By making options available, we are trusting you to make decisions that are right for your family and your circumstance.

Please know that the elders remain committed to your physical and spiritual well-being, and will continue to monitor this situation as it progresses, with hopes of returning to our full schedule of events as soon as possible.

Regardless of where we find ourselves, let's be sure to exalt the Lord and trust Him to accomplish His purpose during this tumultuous time in our community.

In Christ and for His glory,
The Elders
